YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. You will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
  • Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
  • Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
  • Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
  • Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines
  • Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible

Education

Experience and/or Training

  • Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
