About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our team assembling high-quality light fixtures. This position focuses on hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency are critical.

You will be responsible for building fixtures according to established processes while maintaining quality standards and meeting production efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble lighting fixtures using provided components and build instructions
  • Follow detailed assembly procedures to ensure consistent product quality
  • Maintain an average minimum production efficiency of 70%
  • Inspect components and finished products for defects or issues
  • Keep workstations organized and clean
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding build issues or process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting wage: $20/hour
