Job description

Description

  • Effectively run the coffeeshops during services and manage inventory as needed. Assist with hospitality events as needed, including preparing coffee. Serving in banquets, i.e., in food serving, cleaning, and catering, to execute the event with excellence.ย 
  • Aide team when running an event, small or big, by helping to produce what is needed.
  • Aiding the team when someone is off/sick and being able to fill that role so that the ministry continues smoothly.
  • Training volunteers in the coffee shop - taking orders, interacting with customers, and making drinks.

Hours of Work (20+ hours per week):

  • Tuesdays: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PMย 
  • Wednesdays, 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Sundays, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Flexibility to cater and serve during occasional special events

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stand for long hours.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds, unassisted.
