The Role

Century Kids Lead (Part-Time) partners with the Children's Director and Visioneers to create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children from infants through 6th grade can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships. This role helps lead ministry experiences, support volunteers, and foster spiritual growth in the next generation.

Schedule

Required Ministry Hours

• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• A growing, Spirit-filled follower of Jesus who aligns with Century Assembly's mission, vision, and values.
• Passionate about helping children know and follow Jesus.
• Experience serving in children's ministry, education, childcare, or volunteer leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Reliable, organized, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity, servant leadership, and a commitment to ministry excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's ministry leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for discipling children in Christ.
• Bachelor's degree in Children's Ministry, Christian Education, or 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• Completion of fingerprinting & Mandated Reporter training.
