What Drives Success

The Lennox factory in Marshalltown, IA is hiring!

Now hiring for a variety of positions including Assemblers, Machine Operators, Fork Lift Drivers, and Brazers. 100% on-site in Marshalltown, IA. 

Most current open roles are for Assemblers on first shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and second shift (3:30 p.m. - 12 a.m.). Some minimal positions are open for other areas or shifts 

Individuals will work under direct supervision in the assembly of units or fabricated parts. Tasks are routine and repetitive. Ability to work well with others, work overtime and have good attendance is a must.

Must be able to move at least 20 pounds. Must be able to read and understand English.

Position responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assemble and install parts by hand, powered tools or other specialized equipment
  • Packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
  • Measuring and cutting insulation
  • Applying glue, wraps, and securing insulation
What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Some previous basic training, knowledge or skill. Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge. Must be able to read, understand, and apply customer specifications. Must be able to safely and effectively use a variety of tools, identify unit components, install insulation, and make labels per instructions. Must be able to move at least 20 pounds. Must be able to read and understand English. 

What We Offer

Compensation:

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market starts at $20.13 hourly.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are not eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees may earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
