Job Summary


The Assembly Operator position is accountable for the setup, production, and completion of the work orders assigned to them in the Assembly Department. Under the direction of the Assembly Lead and the Assembly Line Captain, they will complete all work orders assigned to them according to the specific work order instructions.

Essential Duties

  1. Fabrication of parts according to work orders and Company policies
  2. Verify work orders and ensure revision levels match
  3. Maintenance of tools and equipment assigned
  4. Troubleshoot and assist in the repaid of equipment as requested
  5. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  6. Identification areas of concern to lead
  7. Process improvement recommendations
  8. Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception
  9. Maintain high level of quality in parts produced

Minimum Qualifications

No minimum experience or education required. Prior experience in assembly operations preferred.
