Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on production of high-quality savory baked goods. You will work on a fast-paced assembly line performing dough sheeting, manual filling deposition, folding, finishing, and other production tasks. This position requires the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting daily production quotas in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated dough mixing, cutting, and sheeting equipment.ย 
  • Manually deposit precise amounts of cheese blend and savory meat filling onto dough sheets.ย 
  • Fold and form products according to established specifications.ย 
  • Monitor machine-applied topping distribution and make adjustments to prevent under or over-application.ย 
  • Inspect products for proper size, weight, appearance, and quality standards.ย 
  • Work efficiently on a fast-paced assembly line to meet daily production targets.ย 
  • Move racks of finished products to the oven room for proofing and baking.ย 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper disposal of waste.ย 
  • Report any defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management immediately.ย 
  • Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and OSHA regulations.ย 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts), walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product inspection, weighing, and portion control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive environment while maintaining quality.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Work in a food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
