Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations.
  • Starting Range - $20.24-22.85/hr
  • Shift Differential - Rotating Bonus $0.75
  • Wage progression - start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate.
  • General Wage increase. This is looked at twice per year but is not guaranteed.

Requirements to become a successful candidate are:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of a background check & drug test.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessment.
  • Job specific physical work capabilities exercises.
  • Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
