Job Responsibilities
Work on a fast-paced production line
Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Shrink-wrap, box, and palletize finished products
Build and stack boxes for distribution
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Remove damaged or defective products when necessary
Load and unload materials onto the production line
Maintain production goals while ensuring quality and accuracy
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals
Preferred Experience
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with:
Food production or food manufacturing
Refrigerated or temperature-controlled environments
Cold storage warehouses
Assembly line production
Packaging and labeling operations
Order fulfillment and warehouse production
Quality inspection and palletizing
Experience working in refrigerated environments or food production facilities is a strong plus, but not required.
Requirements
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 37°F and below)
Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
