Job description

Data Center – Assembly

The Data Center Assembly Associate will support all production lines and follow strict quality standards and meet quality and production requirements.

· Read Shop Trackers

· Assist in inventory control and product auditing

· Train with core team members on equipment and various workflows

· Handle and support various tasks that will include heavy lifting - Up to 60 lbs

Job Description

· Support Daily Job production tasks

· Follow detailed shop tickets to meet daily production

· Ensure finished goods are within established quality control protocol.

· Technical skills - proficiency with tools and equipment.

· Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.

· Support assembly and fabrication teams on daily team volume goals

· Support all safety requirements

· Communicate and collaborate effectively with other associates and Supervisors.

· Promote safe, organized, and efficient work practices on the production floor.

· Fast-paced environment - 90 to 100% of tasks will be standing

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous manufacturing or production experience required.

· Experience working in a high-volume assembly line following a strict quality control workflow.

· Working knowledge of production flow, order tracking, and inventory coordination.

· Experience in utilizing machinery – electric Pallet jack, punch & other equipment.

· Ability to identify issues, communicate effectively, and escalate concerns as needed.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
