Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2

You will perform precise electronic and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production moving and dependable products shipping. You will work closely with quality, production control, and engineering stakeholders to meet production targets. This is an onsite role (5:30am to 2:00pm schedule) based at the client site.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform medium- to heavy-duty electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly work on a semi-repetitive to repetitive production line
  • Apply ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing/bonding, potting, and high-voltage testing techniques
  • Assemble cable harnesses, PCBs, and small mechanical parts to blueprint specifications and torque requirements
  • Troubleshoot faulty components and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Operate winding and braiding machinery and common production tools; package finished assemblies per instruction
  • Adhere to established processes, documentation, and safety procedures
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six (6) or more years of related electronics assembly experience
  • Certified as IDC Specialist and J-STD-001 (required)
  • Proficient microelectronic assembly skills, including soldering and cable/PCB assembly
  • Experience with high-voltage potting and high-voltage testing
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions
  • Experience using torque wrenches, digital multimeters (up to 12kV Hypot), solder irons, cutters, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and common hand tools
