Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer as an Assembly Technician. You will be part of a team that assembles wafers and sensors for the semiconductor industry, performing a variety of tasks in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small wafer and sensor components using a microscope and tweezers.
  • Conduct inspection processes, assist in writing First Articles, and perform in-process and final inspections.
  • Engage in wire bonding, packaging, documentation, and preparation for shipping.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment as needed.
  • Pull work orders from the computer system and complete documentation online.
  • Take ownership of start-to-finish processes in your area, contributing to a high level of technical responsibilities.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years experience of microsocope assembly
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets and online process sheets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent hand dexterity for handling small, precision micro components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with wire bonding or soldering is a big plus is a significant advantage.
  • Technical or process-level experience is beneficial.
