Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly/Production Supervisor to join our team at Midwest Air Filter. Located in Michigan, this role is vital to our manufacturing process, as you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating air filtration products and supervising to ensure all employees are on task and performing to expectations. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISE EMPLOYEES IN DAILY TASKS AND ENSURE ALL WORK IS COMPLETED.
  • ASSEMBLE FILTERS BY PLACING VARIOUS MATERIALS INTO PREASSEMBLED FILTER FRAMES.
  • SPOT INSPECT ASSEMBLED FILTERS FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS AND FRAME QUALITY.
  • SEAL INSPECTED FILTERS WITH PVC SHRINK FILM (WHEN APPLICABLE).
  • ENSURE QUALITY PRODUCT IS PACKAGED AND PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT.
  • CUT VARIOUS MATERIALS TO SIZE PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
  • MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED WORK AREA ACCORDING TO THE HOUSEKEEPING PROCEDURES AND CHECKLISTS.
  • RUNNING MACHINERY
  • PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.
