This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and working hours, along with a substantial sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

As part of an innovative, fully remote team of mental health professionals, you will leverage advanced telehealth platforms to deliver quality care to clients across Miami, Florida, and beyond.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions over secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health needs and objectives.
• Encourage clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering insight and self-awareness.
• Monitor client progress consistently and adapt treatment strategies as needed, guiding them towards effective coping mechanisms and improved quality of life.

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and life transition challenges. Our approach revolves around understanding their circumstances and nurturing their potential for personal development. Your role is pivotal in helping them build resilience and coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach towards client care.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is highly desired.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• A background in community health or clinic-based settings.
