About the Role

QuickHire is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to support inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inspection workflow, supporting quality initiatives, monitoring inspector performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Project Coordinators through coaching and operational oversight.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inspection team workflow to ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards.
  • Evaluate inspector performance and provide feedback to Project Coordinators.
  • Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection processes.
  • Ensure proper control, documentation, and segregation of non-conforming and scrap materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics to maintain accurate material flow and inventory control.
  • Perform scrap analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with Layered Process Audits (LPA).
  • Support calibration verification and inspection equipment control.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
  • Support document control and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal quality audits.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical training in manufacturing or quality systems.
  • QMS, ISO, or AS9102 certification is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing or plant experience.
  • 2–3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Experience using precision inspection tools, including:
