  • Application de couple de serrage,

  • Installation fil frein, goupille (cutter pin) et cable de securite (safety cable)

  • Conversion chimique (application alodine)

  • Application d'appret (touch up primer)

Exigences du poste / Qualifications

  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires

  • Diplome professionnel de l'EMAN (Ecole des metiers de l'aerospatial de Montreal) en mecanique aeronautique.

  • Un (1) an d'experience pertinente en assemblage mecanique et/ou posseder de bonnes aptitudes en mecanique

  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en francais

  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste necessite des communications en anglais avec les equipes de Bell hors Quebec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Quebec

Summary of job description

  • Installation/assembly of mechanical components

  • Flight control rigging

  • Installation/assembly of hydraulic and fuel tubes

  • Application of tightening torque,

  • Installation of brake wire, cutter pin and safety cable

  • Chemical conversion (alodine application)

  • Application of primer (touch up primer)

  • Application of sealant and adhesive

  • Plan reading

Minimum required qualifications

  • High School Degree

  • Professionnal Diploma from EMAN (Ecole des metiers de l'aerospatial de Montreal) in aeronautical mechanics.

  • One (1) year of pertinent mechanical assembly experience and/or having good skills in mechanics.

  • Functional knowledge in French is required. 

  • Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.

    Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
