We Are Looking For

The Assembly Support Associate is responsible for performing basic assembly-support tasks, such as labeling and packaging, under close supervision. This role supports production processes by following standard instructions and conducting initial quality checks to ensure product readiness.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Assembly Support Associate, youโ€™ll be responsible for:

  • Perform basic Assembly-support tasks following standard instructions, ensuring products are correctly marked and securely packaged for shipment.
  • Conduct initial quality checks under close supervision, inspecting for visible defects, proper labeling, and packaging integrity before moving products to the next stage.
  • Report any issues or deviations to leads or supervisors, such as mislabeled items, damaged packaging, or material shortages, providing clear observations for resolution.
  • Preparing materials with adhesives or bonding agents as directed, ensuring they are ready for use in value-added processes.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and access work orders as guided by supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation by arranging tools, materials, and components neatly and ensuring easy access and compliance with workplace safety and efficiency standards
  • Assist in sorting and organizing incoming materials, verifying quantities against documentation under close oversight.
  • Follow safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training to prevent workplace hazards



What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Previous assembly or production experience in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Eager to learn and follow instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a structured environment
  • Basic verbal communication skills to report issues and follow directives
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures under supervision


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orโ€ฏasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
