Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Technicians – Multiple Openings

Pay: $16–$24/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, Broken Arrow & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Thursday, 1st Shift (Some weekend/alternative shifts available)

Stand-By Personnel is partnering with multiple manufacturing and fabrication companies to fill Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, Hydro Assembly, and Precision Electronics Technician positions across the Tulsa and Broken Arrow areas.

If you have hands-on experience in mechanical systems, electrical assembly, hydraulic components, or industrial fabrication, we have opportunities that match your skill level.

What You’ll Be Working On

Depending on placement, responsibilities may include:

  • Assembling electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Working with PLC modules, relays, high/low voltage systems, and motor controls
  • Through-hole soldering and electronic troubleshooting
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Tube lacing, heat exchanger assembly, and hydraulic component installation
  • Working with diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and industrial equipment
  • Performing testing, inspections, and troubleshooting
  • Supporting equipment repair and service work
  • Occasional domestic travel for onsite setup or service (select roles)

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic assembly experience
  • Blueprint and schematic reading ability
  • Experience with hand tools, measuring tools, and shop equipment
  • Knowledge of fabrication or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in climate-controlled or industrial shop environments
