Job description

LockNClimb is seeking a dependable, hardworking Shipping & Receiving / Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that supports daily warehouse operations, product assembly, shipping and receiving, crating finished products, material pickups, and inventory organization.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including crating, packaging, and labeling.
  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely.
  • Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors using a company vehicle.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area.
  • Assist with inventory organization and stocking materials.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
