Job description

1st Shift:

Monday - Thursday - 5:30am until 4:00pm. 
Monday - Thursday    6:00am to 4:30pm
Monday - Thursday     5:45am to 4:15pm
  • Pay Rate: $18/hr
  • 6 month assignment
  •  (OT on Fridays as needed.)

Job Duties:

  • Assemble single use microsurgical instruments used in minimally invasive surgeries, primarily in the fields of ophthalmology and neurology
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions.
  • Collaborate with other employees.
  • Ensuring product meets all acceptable criteria per SOPs
  • Following all FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures
  • Practicing good housekeeping

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • High School Diploma 
  • Previous manufacturing experience or experience with small parts assembly.
  • Stable work history required. 
  • Ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers; follow instructions; use fixed gauges, direct reading instruments and similar devices; where interpretation is not required.  
  • Ability to work using a microscope is preferred - training provided..
  • The ability to communicate proficiently in English verbally and in writing is required.
  • Reliable transportation required, no bus line offered.
