We are looking to hire an organized, dependable customer focused, team player that has production experience or is willing to train and grow.  In this role, the Production Associate will create final products for our customers 


  • Build hydraulic, fluid power and air hose assemblies. 
  • Create custom hose products and hose kits per print or customer specifications.   
  • Build small parts kits using scales, optical counting and bagging equipment.   
  • Inspect and test finished products to deliver quality to our customers. 
  • Perform "cut to size" work on hose. 
  • Accurately select (pick) and receive industrial distribution products. 
  • Prioritize work orders in correlation with customer expectations and work with the sales team members to plan, coordinate and complete production orders. 
  • Work on discrepancies involving shipping/receiving issues and troubleshoot issues.   
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, files and keep work areas clean and organized. 
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.   
  • Ship completed orders via LTL or Ground using UPS, Fed Ex, Etc. 
  • Maintain work supplies, tools and equipment to produce high quality products. 
  • Desire to work a consistent work schedule, be on time and professional in business dealings. 
  • Takes the time to maintain and create 5S Workstations and drive improvements to processes that create efficiencies for self and team.

Requirements

  • Have used or have work or hobby related experiences with saws, crimpers, machinery or other production and automation equipment.   
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution operations as well as customer service.  
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while also able to work independently. 
  • Project Experience. 
  • Strong Detail Orientation. 
  • Knowledge of or having 5S work environment experiences is preferred. Â
