Grow Your Skills Across the Entire PCB Production Floor
At Circuit Spring, you won’t be limited to just one task. This role is designed for someone eager to learn every part of the production process. You’ll gain experience in materials handling, assembly steps, logistics, and quality checks, building a versatile skill set in a supportive, cross-trained team environment. The ideal candidate will bring some background in PCB assembly and a strong interest in expanding that experience across all areas of production.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the manufacturing process as business needs require.
  • Assemble transducer sub-assemblies using written assembly procedures.
  • Complete post-assembly cleaning and inspection of transducers.
  • Prepare assemblies for post-inspection washing and operate the PCA wash process.
  • Use written test procedures to functionally test PCAs.
  • Prepare, serialize, and pack PCAs for shipping following standard processes.
  • Ensuring all necessary shipping documents are accurately completed.
  • Review packing slip for shipping instructions to create shipment electronically with designated carrier.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to management.
  • Preferred: Soldering experience
