Position Overview
We are currently hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in New Berlin, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing or continue building hands-on production experience in a clean, modern facility.

Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production standards
Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production duties as needed
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
