Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by performing a variety of warehouse functions. These include unloading and receiving products, pallet picking, case and break pack picking, staging and consolidating orders, and loading outbound shipments. You’ll work with both powered and non-powered material handling equipment to safely move products, while helping ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity in all areas of the DC.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Shifts Available: Full-time, Monday–Friday day shifts with staggered start times to fit business needs (generally between 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.). Typically, an 8-hour shift with breaks.  
  • Overtime required based on business needs. 

What you’ll do:

  • Unload, receive, stage, consolidate, pick, and load product as directed by DC demand.
  • Audit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, SKU counts, labeling, routing, and load integrity.
  • Put away, pick, and replenish product from warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Prepare, label, and secure pallets for shipment to maximize load efficiency and prevent damages in transit. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Inspect quality of goods and report variances, damages, or safety concerns to leadership.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and complete MHE documentation.
  • Follow OSHA regulations, SiteOne housekeeping standards, and productivity guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment across assigned areas.
  • Provide updates to the DC leadership team and support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Support other general warehouse duties as needed.

What we are seeking:

  • 6 or more months of general warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift operator certificate or completion of SiteOne forklift training within first 30 days of employment.
  • Comfort working with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.); certification on multiple pieces of equipment is rewarded with additional pay.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 90% of the shift.

  • Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools)
