Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading packing lists and assembly drawings to accurately assemble, inspect, and package customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret packing lists, assembly drawings, parts lists, and work instructions.
  • Assemble products and components according to established specifications and procedures.
  • Verify proper fit, alignment, and fastening of parts and subassemblies.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
  • Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader.
  • Assist in training coworkers on assembly processes and job functions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager.
Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, work instructions, and packing lists.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements
