Bimini Assembler & Packer

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and energized by seeing a finished product come together? We’re looking for a Bimini Assembler & Packer to join our production team and play an important role in assembling, inspecting, and preparing high-quality finished goods for shipment.

Reporting to the Packing Supervisor, you’ll help ensure every product leaving our facility meets quality standards and arrives ready for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Assemble, inspect, and package finished products for shipment

Follow established packing and inspection procedures to ensure quality and consistency

Review work orders and packing notes to confirm product requirements

Inspect incoming and completed products according to company quality standards

Accurately complete and submit daily production/time records

Maintain production schedules and communicate delays or concerns proactively

Keep workstations clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing ideas and process enhancements

Assist in other production areas as needed

Work overtime when business demands require flexibility

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or packaging experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes

Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to stand, move, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
