Heavy Industrial Assembler

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $20+/hour DOE
Shift: Day Shift: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM or Night Shift: 5:30 PM-3:30 AM (10-11 hour shifts, Monday-Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Heavy Industrial Assemblers to join our team in Broken Arrow. This role requires candidates to undergo onsite testing before being hired. Assemblers will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing mechanical assembly, installing components, and operating lifting equipment.


Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of crane operation experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tack welding knowledge is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines, completing safety, production, and quality forms as required.
  • Utilize knowledge to assist with the installation of major components.
  • Interpret and understand schematic diagrams to install components accurately.
  • Operate hoists or other lifting/moving equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company procedures and regulations.
  • Problem-solve effectively, both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Preferred Education
  • High school diploma or 2 years of relevant experience/training.
  • Vocational or technical education is a plus.
