Job Title: Agentic AI Architect

Compensation Range: $140K to $160K/Annum

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an innovative and visionary Gen AI & Software Architect to bridge the gap between core software engineering and modern generative AI.
  • You will define the technical blueprints for our next generation enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, highly secure, and powered by intelligent AI agents.
  • You will lead from the front, setting best practices for both full-stack software development and Agent development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Software Architecture & Engineering Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for our core enterprise platforms, focusing on microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Establish engineering guardrails, coding standards, and best practices across distributed teams.
  • Define CI/CD pipelines, API-driven integrations, and state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
  • Gen AI & Agentic System Design Architect end-to-end generative AI systems, including RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
  • Select, fine-tune, and orchestrate Foundation Models (LLMs) from leading providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
  • Define AI topologies like tool routing, memory strategies, and semantic search integration using frameworks such as LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship Partner with product and business stakeholders to turn strategic AI concepts into actionable, high-impact engineering roadmaps.
  • Mentor and upskill UI developers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build a strong AI native culture.
  • Frontend for customer and prospect calls Contribute to whitepaper and marketing content preparation.
