5+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11+ preferred)
Deep experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem
Ability to design and implement REST APIs
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, performance tuning, aggregation pipelines)
