Job description

We’re hiring a motivated Landscape Crew Leader to run a maintenance crew and deliver top‐tier results for our clients. If you’re a leader, a problem‐solver, and someone who takes pride in your work, this is your chance to step into a leadership role with a company that’s growing fast.

Daily Duties

  • Lead a crew on maintenance routes
  • Ensure quality control at every property
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment
  • Train new crew members
  • Track materials, time, and property notes

Qualifications

  • Landscape experience; Leadership experience a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
