In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to determine their specific physical therapy needs, especially those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions.
• Creating detailed, individualized treatment plans that may involve exercise, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment.
• Implementing therapy sessions that target pain relief and mobility enhancement, regularly adjusting approaches based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintaining meticulous records of patient treatments, responses, and progress, ensuring all documentation meets industry standards.
• Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on effective rehabilitation techniques, assistive devices, and self-care strategies.
• Staying current with clinical and professional developments in the field of physical therapy by participating in workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Your role will center around a diverse patient population, including children and adults of all backgrounds, each with unique conditions. You will play a crucial part in the rehabilitation process, helping individuals regain mobility and independence after injuries or surgeries. Your expertise will be essential in guiding patients through their recovery while adapting to their evolving needs.

We require candidates to have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication capabilities, with proficiency in word processing and computer skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to design effective treatment strategies tailored to patient needs.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

While we value prior work experience, we are open to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our mentorship program. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, along with two years of relevant clinical experience and a current CPR certification.
