About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator II to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As a Warehouse Operator II, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, storage, and movement of bakery products and equipment. Your focus on safety, organization, and product integrity helps keep our operations running smoothly and our customers wellserved.

 

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2 PM-10:30 PM
  • Weekend availabilityRequired

 

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $23.00-$24.00

 

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

  • Safely load and unload bakery products, equipment, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing products in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and store products following FIFO principles to support quality and freshness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazardfree warehouse environment to meet safety and GMP standards.
  • Inspect and operate warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality and report issues promptly.
  • Support bakery and warehouse operations by assisting with general tasks as needed to ensure operational continuity.
  • Uphold company safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience working in food manufacturing or bakery/distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.
  • Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in fastpaced environments.
