Who You Are: You're a licensed clinician lookingfor an opportunity to define your own career pathconnectwith a supportive community of health professionals like you, and increaseyour earning potential. You have a passion for working in different caresettings and making a difference in lives.

What will you do? As a Licensed Clinician at Aspire HealthPartners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functionsto provide therapeutic services to program participants.  

These functions include: 

  • Providingtherapeutic interventions in individual and/or group settings to participants
  • Creating,updating and monitoring progress on participant treatment plans
  • Completingprogram specific assessments
  • Documentingclient treatment details in the Electronic Health Record
  • Providing ongoingcommunication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs ofparticipants or of the program in general
  • Assisting theprogram team as directed with the operation of the program
  • Providingappropriate discharge planning and referral
  • Assisting withBaker Act determinations and documentation, when necessary
  • Maintaininglicensure by staying up-to-date with all renewal requirements
  • Maintainingcompliance by completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in allstaff meetings as directed
  • Other duties asassigned

Qualifications

  • Licensed as anLCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state of Florida (491 Board)
  • 2 years of experienceworking with target population preferred
