Job description

We are hiring for Memorial - 7951 Katy Fwy Houton, TX 77024

Cat Hotel for "Cat only" board ing has a Front Desk / Cat Care position available. This position does require availability on weekends and holidays in addition to weekdays. A typical shift is 8am - 4:30pm. The Associate will assist customers as cashier, answer phones and process cat boarding reservations. Must be comfortable handling cats during the check in and cleaning process. The team member will also feed, maintain litter boxes and rotate kitties for photos and playtime. This is a hands-on position with opportunity to grow.

Experience with Hotel Front Desk, Receptionist and Veterinary Associates are encouraged to apply. Must love cats!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility is working at the front desk and the cat boarding area. The Associate will help customer's as a cashier and answer phones. Additionally, the Associate will process all Cat Boarding reservations and vaccines. The secondary responsibility assist in maximizing the cat hotel cleanliness and organization.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must love cats! The sassy one's too

Comfortable with Point of Sale computer and answering the phone

Self motivated as to work with minimal supervision after training

Comfortable working with people in a structured and detailed environment

Desire to advance within the work environment
