Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and coordinate quality management efforts within our automotive and consumer electronic business. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our organization meets and maintains compliance with automotive quality frameworks such as ASPICE, ISO 9001, and ISO-27001.
The ideal candidate will bring both a technical understanding and strong project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and customer teams. This position reports to the Director of Automotive Certification and Quality, and works closely with senior leadership, including the Vice President of Automotive Engineering and business line General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining processes that support ASPICE and ISO 9001 compliance, while contributing to the day-to-day responsibilities of the quality management system
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert and coordinator for audits, assessments, gap analysis, documentation, and training.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality and information security standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, legal, sales and operations teams to ensure consistent compliance across the organization.
  • Manage external vendors or consultants assisting with certification readiness or audits.
  • Support customer-specific quality requirements and documentation requests.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Good working knowledge of ASPICE, and ISO 9001 frameworks, including audit preparation and process implementation.
  • Experience with process design principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with QMS tools, document control systems, and audit platforms.
  • Have an existing ASPICE provisional or competent assessor certificate preferred or willingness to obtain certification
