Job title: ASPICE Consultant/ Quality

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

         10-12 years of industry experience in the process consulting, quality management, process definition, process facilitation and quality assurance in ASPICE model

         Experience in Process models and standards such as CMMI-DEV, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26262 and Six Sigma.

         Experience in process implementation support & Project Governance

         Implementation experience in various lifecycle models such as Agile, iterative, incremental, Waterfall & V-Model.

         Good knowledge in program management, schedule management, risk management, metrics management, configuration management, requirement traceability, root cause analysis, FMEA, 7QC tools, lessons learned.

         Working experience in various tools such as MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Visio, SharePoint Portal, TFS, JIRA, Bugzilla, CVS and VSS.

         Exposure to tools such as Minitab, Crystal Ball, SAS JMP, MATLAB, DOORS, MKS, CATIA, etc.

         Experience in Process Compliance Audits / Internal Quality Audits.

         Work experience in facilitating processes with cross cultural teams across different geographies

         Strong knowledge on system & software engineering practices (requirement, design, coding, build, testing, change management, release management).

         Exposure to software product testing is an advantage.

         Team Player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

         Quality related certificates will be an advantage.
