Job Description:
Parking Area Maintenance is hiring an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead asphalt crews on commercial paving, patching, mill and overlay, and parking lot repair projects. This position is responsible for managing the crew in the field, keeping jobs on schedule, ensuring quality work, and communicating with project managers and ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead asphalt crew members on daily job sites
  • Oversee paving, patching, overlays, milling prep, grading, and compaction
  • Read work orders, plans, and job specifications
  • Track labor, materials, equipment, and job progress
  • Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
  • Communicate daily with project managers and scheduler
  • Train and hold crew members accountable
  • Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained
  • Help keep projects profitable and completed on time

Requirements:

  • Asphalt paving or parking lot maintenance experience required
  • Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a crew and make field decisions
  • Knowledge of paving, patching, prep work, and compaction
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work long hours during busy season
