Job Title: Senior Project Manager Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive complex enterprise initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, portfolio management, and change management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple enterprise projects and programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate project governance activities including steering committee meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making sessions.
  • Track project scope, timelines, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
