As a leading full-service asphalt contractor, we take pride in providing top-notch services and building strong relationships within our communities. Our team handles everything from residential driveways and parking lots to major roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, excavation, masonry, drainage and asphalt maintenance.

Pay

  • $20-$25/hr

Hours

  • Seasonal position: April - December
  • Mon - Fri 6am - 4pm, some Saturdays

Duties:

  • Assist with the preparation of job sites (grading, leveling, and cleaning surfaces)

  • Rake, shovel, and spread hot asphalt materials evenly

  • Support asphalt paving machine operators and roller operators

  • Compact asphalt using hand tampers or small compaction equipment

  • Perform asphalt patching, crack sealing, and minor repairs

  • Direct traffic around work zones when required

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles

  • Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE

  • Clean up job sites after project completion

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)

  • Prior construction or paving experience (preferred)

  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and small equipment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work long hours, including nights or weekends if needed

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required for certain positions)
