Title: Asleep Overnight Residential Counselor - MAP

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Schedule: 30 hours Thurs-Sat 11p-9a

FLSA: Non Exempt 30 hours

What You’ll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
  • Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
  • Administer/supervise medicationsper MAP guidelines and document care.
  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
  • Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
  • Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency.
  • Compassion, patience, anda commitmentto trauma-informed care.
  • Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
