Job Overview: Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision during service recipient's asleep hours and assisting service recipients with their morning routines. The person in this position generally works without direct supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.

Job Description: Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)

  • The ideal Asleep Overnight DSP will be able to maintain a set schedule, enjoys working with people, and is a self-starter!
  • An Asleep Overnight DSP is available to service recipients throughout the night for any support or assistance they may need. In the morning, you will help everyone rise and shine by supporting people while they get ready for the day!
  • You will perform all shift duties in-accordance with program protocols, and follow all program rules and regulations, supervision and safety. You will be able to build relationships with people by providing support and helping them start their day off in a positive way!

  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
