We are looking for a highly experienced ASIC Product/Test Engineer - UltraFLEX to join our client's Product Engineering team and drive end-to-end ASIC test development from prototype to high-volume production.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced ASIC Test Engineer to support the industrialization of new semiconductor products. This role is part of the Product Engineering team within the unit and involves working closely with global customers, foundries, and test partners to deliver high-quality ASIC test solutions from prototype through volume production.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the technical interface between international customers and external test partners.
• Own end-to-end ASIC test solution development, including characterization and qualification.
• Define and plan project work packages across different stages in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Set up and implement ASIC test solutions in coordination with test houses.
• Collaborate with customers on prototype-to-volume ramp strategies, including characterization and qualification plans.
• Drive volume production readiness and ensure smooth transition from ramp to full-scale manufacturing.
• Propose and implement cost optimization initiatives, including:
• Yield improvement strategies
• Multi-site test solutions
• Packaging optimization
• Perform yield analysis and support continuous improvement during mass production.
• Stay current with industry advancements by participating in training on advanced packaging and test technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC testing and product engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX testers.
• Expertise in ASIC qualification methodologies, including:
• HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life)
• HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test)
• TC (Temperature Cycling)
• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)
• LU (Latch-Up)
• Proven experience working in project-based environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience working with global customers and semiconductor foundries.
• Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies and high-volume manufacturing environments.
