Our mission is built on quality, performance, and a deep commitment to our people and customers.

The Role

We are seeking a high-energy District Sales Manager to lead our growth across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. You will be the face of GOMACO, responsible for managing our dealer network, driving equipment sales, and ensuring our customers have the technical support they need to pave the worldโ€™s infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Management: Direct, mentor, and motivate our network of international distributors. Evaluate performance and lead quarterly reviews to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities and infrastructure projects within the APAC territory.
  • On-Site Leadership: Travel to job sites providing hands-on customer support and sales training for local dealers.
  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between GOMACOโ€™s US-based headquarters and the APAC market, reporting on territorial trends, competitive activity, and market growth.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the process from initial lead generation and technical quoting to closing the deal.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of success in international B2B sales, specifically within the heavy construction equipment or manufacturing sectors.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in regional languages is highly preferred.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%+) throughout the Asia Pacific region.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort discussing concrete paving, machine applications, and 3D machine control (GPS/Robotic) technology.
  • Soft Skills: A "go-getter" mindset with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Why Join GOMACO?
  • Competitive Compensation: Excellent salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a company-matched 401K.
  • Innovation: Work with the industryโ€™s most cutting-edge paving technology.
  • Stability: Join a family-focused company with a global footprint and a 50+ year history of success.
