Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments, including inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident delivering care across a variety of clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across assigned departments
  • Float between units to meet patient care needs and staffing demands
  • Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes promptly

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Respond effectively in emergency and high-acuity situations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Experience: Recent Medical-Surgical, Emergency, or Critical Care experience required
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) - required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - required within orientation
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - required within 3 months
