Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle recruitment for Ascent Cloud open roles, including senior and critical positions.
Proactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data‑driven approaches.
Filter (or Screen) applicants for potential.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long‑term talent networks.
Ensure a high‑touch, best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Collaborate closely with other HR team members at Ascent Cloud.
Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador which may require occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field
3+ years of experience in Recruiting.
Experience with writing and promoting job postings.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong communication skills - particularly in writing.
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience hiring candidates within the B2B SaaS industry (particularly Sales and Developer roles).
Experience with Paycor ATS.
Experience with online assessment technologies (e.g. Criteria / HireSelect).
Experience using assessments to create Ideal Candidate Profiles for each role.
General Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Clear and inclusive communicator, both verbally, and in writing.
Self-motivated and curious, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
