How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Development, Implementation and Measurement: Manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans, providing operational support via tools and processes, and measuring outcomes across the Infusion program.
  • Strategic Alignment and Coordination: Partner with leadership and bridge cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that directly advance Infusion goals.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members.
  • Deliverable Creation: Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
