Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for clinicians working on a compact license. - Ascension Pharmacology Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required with a minimum 80% passing score or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension EKG Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension employment to be considered for a travel position. - To receive the travel rate, the clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Unit Details: - Multispecialty MedSurg/Obs unit.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. No on call.

5 days maximum time off

2 references required
