Job description

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

โ€ข 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

โ€ข 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

โ€ข Travel experience is preferred.

โ€ข Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

โ€ข Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

โ€ข This role may require floating to additional units and locations

โ€ข Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

โ€ข 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3-5 years Med/Surg experience.

Required Credentials: Driverโ€™s License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinicianโ€™s claimed residence must match address on driverโ€™s license.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

Driverโ€™s license required for submission
