2 years of current acute care/hospital experience
BLS/ACLS/NRP
2- Current references
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to past a back ground screening
Must be able to past urine drug testing
