Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent
Location: Houston, TX - 77060
Pay: $17.00 per hour


Job Overview
ASAP Personnel is the most respected staffing provider in the apartment industry across Texas. We partner with top multifamily communities to provide high-quality Property Management, Leasing, and Maintenance professionals.
We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, motivated individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy while delivering an excellent resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and effectively communicate community features and amenities to prospective residents
  • Record and maintain accurate prospect and leasing information in the property management system
  • Process lease applications, follow up with applicants, and communicate application decisions
  • Assist with preparing market-ready units, including light cleaning and trash removal from vacant apartments
  • Advertise available units through online listings, marketing efforts, and outreach initiatives
  • Screen prospective residents to ensure eligibility requirements are met
  • Collect and accurately record security deposits, fees, and required documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date availability and leasing reports
  • Coordinate move-ins and orient new residents to the community
  • Address resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the property management team to meet and exceed occupancy goals
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required; leasing experience preferred
  • General knowledge of leasing and property management practices
  • Familiarity with leasing or property management software is a plus
